I have a BizHub C253 and the data light just flashes. NOTHING prints ??

Did you try to change the IP address of MFP. Please change IP address of MFP and connect the PC you are sure not giving any problem. If its works fine then connect rest of the remaining PC's

Motor inside the print head for cyan image unit is bad, Print heads are located below the image units one for each color. will need a tech to replace.Open close front door to reset

Does this happen when you copy. Try different document and program pdf word web page etc. Static IP or DHPC? Recommend static IP for copier/printers

This can be a number of reasons.
When you go into the job list and look at the job history, Is there an error message saying "Deleted due to error" or something similar to this in there?
If it does, highlight the job and select "Details" to the lower right and please post what the "Error details" are.

does A7 show up on the as a option on the manual bypass does it show up in your printer properties??? if not measure the envelope and tell the copier with and length try that option

Ok this might not be much help but there is an option in the menus to 'print without authentication' you need to go to the control panel on the copier, press the utility/counter button to the right of the touch screen, press administrator settings for which the password is 12345678 then press number 4 user authentication/account track, then number 4 print without authentication, if you turn this option on it will allow you to print from mac, you will need to confirm this with whoever checks the account track as it may not then monitor any of the print jobs. Hope this helps

Try to retarget work of your printer under your type of the used paper. Such parameters as density of the paper can have important importance. Try to print one and that document on miscellaneous type papers

HI there i have the same printer and for accurate color i follow this steps:

1 - First publicate you work in a pdf file whit high quality

2 - Go into adobe Acrobat (profesional not reader only) and pres print

3 - Then you have to select in advanced settings and select icc profile "sRGB ..."

4 - You´ll notice that the colors are very real. No oversaturated and the real deal are the fonts that prints correctly in border even if they are very small (- 6 pt.).

5 - RECOMENDATION: For intense black use a compost one 100% in every color or select in the color palette the one at the end of the palette
