Lost remote for a Hiteker DVD/Blu Ray player. Where can I find the model # so I can search for a replacement remote? (This is for my grandmother so I would greatly appreciate ANY suggestions)!

No universal remote can be setup with any of Blu-Ray players.

if no manual on off you cannot, google the model number with remote to locate a replacement.

The only option go online to Samsung and contact customer support and technical department to see if one is available, also check www.ebay.com Type: make and model refine research to remote.

check for a screen cut off button on top of player. may be pushed in. you may be able to pull back out or you may have to take apart and fix it.
