I am trying to set up a Netflix account so I can watch one of my most favorite movies but it won't let buy anything and I don't feel safe entering in my personal information. What should I do?

Follow this steps:

If you want to restart your Netflix account to get back to watching your favorite TV shows and movies, simply sign in to Netflix.com and click Restart Membership from any profile except a Kids profile.
If your account is inactive, you'll be asked to restart your membership once you sign in to Netflix. Your billing date will change to the date you restarted your membership on.
If your account has not closed yet, you can keep your active account status by clicking the Restart Membership link on your Account page. Your billing date will not change.

Setting your roku device is very easy. - Connect your PC as an extra monitor and watch Netflix through browser
- Buy Google Cast device and cast Netflix from your mobile device to your TV (Cheapest way)
- Buy a smart TV that has Netflix installed
- Buy a media box (Like Roku), connect it to your TV, install the Netflix app via the Roku channel store

Will / can this laptop access your home network and the web, ether wireless or wired? If you can deal with it being wired to your router all you need is a network cable and plug it in to the router. If you have a wireless home network or router, and you are wanting to hook up wirieless. you will need a wireless adapter for your laptop. The better ones are D-link, Belkin, Linksys, Cisco. I would recommend to stay away from Netgear they are not easy to work with for a first time user. These wireless adapters will plug into a USB port and once the soft ware is installed away you go, easy as that. Access your netflix account and you are watching movies.
