I have an S1000fd and to get rid of the yellow camera icon with the exclamation mark next to it I pushed the button on the side of the flash to pop the flash up. Its a low light level indicator basically.
Most of the time that symbol means that your inbox is full. If your inbox is not full try taking the battery out for 3 min so your phone will do a hard reset
did you check on Device Manager?.. if it has and Yellow Exclamation Mark, then something must be wrong with the drivers or BIOS setup... If it has and Red X on it, it could mean, disabled (BIOS again) or disabled on the Device Manager.
If There's no Yellow or Red Mark then.. i should work fine...
Is it just with your envelopes? or all your pages that you print? Usually, when a Laser printer "Smears" it means that the FUSER is bad.
If you do a websearch for "LJ1300 fuser" You should be able to find them for sale. or, check your local Office Supply Store.
Sometimes envelopes are TOO THICK for the fuser to handle at the speed that the printer sends them through, and the toner doesn't have enough time to bond to the envelope. There may be an envelope setting with your printers software, or, you might want to look at the back of the printer. The door will open. Looking for blue or green or orange or yellow tabs with arrows on them, or paddlock icons. Maybe even an envelope icon. Sometimes you have relieve the fuser tension for envelopes. If you still have your HP Documentation, check that. HP has pretty good support on their site. Q1334A Is the TRUE Model Number of your printer, Its on the back of your printer.
This definitely sounds like a circuit board-level issue. Have you tried moving to a different input set (i.e. if you're now on the TV inputs, try the DVD or AUX inputs for both video and sound)? Just to rule out the obvious, have you made sure that it's the receiver and not the DVD player? I know that you said you powered down the receiver, but if you had turned it off by pulling the plug on the surge suppressor and your DVD player is in the same suppressor, you might want to make sure it's the receiver and not the DVD player.
If you're sure that it's the receiver, then you might want to look into taking it to a Pioneer service center to have it repaired. If it's not worth the cost to you, it might be time to be looking into a new receiver.
