Good luck with the nuts! Maybe try light adhesive to attach nuts and carefully screw in.
Cleaning.
Use only distilled water! Rinse with distilled water. For stubborn spots, add 1 drop of dish detergent to 1 qt of distilled water. Soak a cotton ball and gently swipe ONCE across spot. Discard cotton ball and use a new one until spot gone. Rinse with distilled water and set on side to dry.

This is just a suggestion. Check inside the back hatch door. On either side there are little doors (hatches) close to the floor. I'm guessing on the right side might be the spot. But where ever you look there should be a picture of a windshield wiper on it. On another car yesterday I saw a filler spot behind the front grill ahead of the radiator.

the most command thing that go's wrong is a switch relay on the pasnger side of vehicle it has a green relay they get water in them if they are pulled and not replaced in right spot rust inside \ replace it and re install in the right spot

it could be a frozen water tank inside freezer door. if so, door will need to be replaced; as, there was maybe a spot where the foam inside door wasn't sprayed properly. disconnect water line fitting under door behind kick plate; close door and try dispenser. this will verify if it's the door or not.

When you see this starting to develope it is usually indicative of the screen delaminating. The different layers of the lcd may be failing and the picture will start to get more and more destorted. There is no fix except screen replacement.

DON'T EVEN TRY TO TAKE THE LENS OFF!!!

To take the lens off, the camera has to be dismantled, and unless you are an experienced technician, there is a 95% chance that the camera will have more problems than what it started with.

Have you taken any pictures with the water spot inside the lens? If it is visible in pictures, then you have several options:

1. Ignore it.

2. Leave it there and use an image editor to clone out the spot in the picture. (Recommended).

3. Take the camera to a repair shop, or mail it to Panasonic's service center. This is the expensive option, to remove the water spot, the price most likely will be well over $100.

4. Buy another camera. The FZ7 is rated to about 50,000 shots, so if you are approaching this number they it may well be worth it to just get another camera.

Unless the spot is seriously affecting your pictures, then leave it there. By having the camera opened there is a high chance that other problems will be introduced, such as: fingerprints,dust or hairs inside the lens or misaligned lens elements.

My FZ7's lens is full of dust, yet this is not usually visible in pictures, when it is, I can usually remove it on the computer.

I would recommend taking the camera to a service center as a last resort.

If this white spot is always exactly the same, but moves off the picture when you start to digital zoom and not optical zoom, there is probably something on the sensor. You mentioned that when zooming, eventually it moves. Are you in digital zoom mode at that time? (The switchover from optical to digital zoom is automatic, but you can disable it). Is this white spot blurry or sharp? Can you see fringes of the image at the edges? (This would suggest something on the lens).
If there is a piece of dust inside the lens ,you may be able to see it looking down the lens. How big is this spot?
Either way, if the camera is new, can you still return it?
