Although these are the salt water system it is still the same set up and procedure. Just pretend it is your pump when reading or watching the video
SOURCE: new pool and keep getting code 90
code 90 indicating low flow.
Do you have a good flow from inlet to outlet? You should be shooting a pretty good stream (wave form) across the pool. You can remove the filter from the pump and run it without to see if you eliminate the error. if that works you've got some gummy filters going on that require cleaning or replacing. (daily in my case) If the error persists check the flow sensor on the chorinator. Be sure the direction is correct, the water coming into the chlorinator follows the direction on the electrolytic plate box. (usually there is arrow on this. Other thing is, how loud is the system? Are you hearing lots of air entering the intake of the pump? This can lead to air lock on the pump and little to no flow in the system. If so, bleed the air of using the relief valves at the top of the filter and at the input of the filter. Also listen to ensure that the inlet at the pool is not allowing air to be sucked into the lines. This can be due to a loose connection or bad gasket at the inlet valve of the pool.

If your pool has the skimmer system there is a hose coming from the bottom of the skimmer to the wall of the pool which would be your suction to the pump. Disconnect the hose clamp from the suction port that goes through the wall of the pool remove the hose then unscrew the blue adapter on the inside of the pool there you will find a strainer / screen. Whatever gets pass the basket in the skimmer get's plugged up in that screen causing the pump to starve for water causing the LOW FLOW sensor to go off on the Saltwater pump.
Let me know if this helps any.
