We bought a farmer ware rotisserie and the cord next to the plug is hot. We moved it to another outlet but it's still hot.

The cord to the Faberware Rotisserie will get extremely hot. I am on my third cord because the other two got so hot that they caught fire. The grills are nice to cook on, but never leave them unattended when cooking

The outlet plug gets very, very hot

STOP using the unit immediately. Your plug getting very hot indicates a very poor connection somewhere between your outlet and the oven switch. This is definately a fire hazard so do not use the unit until you have found and fixed the problem. It could also be the outlet itself not making a good connection with the plug. Look at that first. If the plug doesn't fit tight in the outlet, the outlet must be replaced. If the plug is tight, you may have a switch in the oven itself with a poor connection. The oven must be taken apart to find out where the problem lies if your outlet is good. You may find parts that are melted in the oven which would indicate a problem. It's hard to say exactly what the problem is without actually looking inside the oven to see whats going on. Whatever you do, DO NOT use the oven until the problem is fixed or the oven may end up being the least of your problems...

I bought a Euro Pro TO242RW convection oven and Rotisserie. No manual or rotisserie spit. were can i get these things. Thank you.

Have you tried to find the Euro Pro website to look there? Have you searched on the internet using Euro Pro, model, and the word manual because there are sites that offer manuals on products. And the same thing for the rotisserie part. Maybe doing that will give you leads to look further if need be.

I just bought this oven & my daughter lost the manual that goes with it. I need to know how to use the rotisserie feature. Also need to know if the rotisserie can be used for a roast. Thank you. =)

You might not want to use it again after your first experience. Make sure you get your food balanced as the motor on this thing is very weak. I cooked 2 chickens and a loin roast when I first got it and they were no better than pan roasted and a lot more trouble.

I have posted the complete manual (3 language edition) here:

I have a CO1500 and I'm looking for the thermostat assy for it (the contacts are fused together). What is the part # for this assy and do you know where to purchase it?

You may have a problem. I have a CO1500B, and am trying to find parts for it. I have been told that their factory does not sell the parts separately. You can buy trays, rack, rotisserie parts, etc. No repair parts for oven itself though.

This toaster oven gets extremely hot

Definitely return it. It has a partial internal short which is appying full power to only part of the heating element causing th excessive heat. No properly working appliance should make the outlet hot.

Toaster Oven Unresponsive (Farberware Model# FT032055

I would check the cord or the plug before anything else. Plug another appliance into the outlet if it works try bending the male plugs on the cord slightly and try again. If this doesnt work call the man.

Lost instruction manual for Bravetti Model#TO285 toast/conv.oven

The same unit was marketed under the Euro-Pro name, with the same TO285 model number. The manual, as a PDF, as well some replacement parts are available at this link:

Hope that helps.
