Bill, we are fully authorized, they simply will not sell us the parts. They used to.
well they obviously don't want to increase their product sales
contact their CEO direct
and explain that if their policy is to withhold spares for their crummy units then your policy will be to advise your valued customers not to buy any of their products
contact as many repairers that you know of and make a petition up to send to the company
unfortunately there are still company managers that believe that their products don't break down and that customers will buy any junk on the market. so send them a wake up call
after all if they will not sell you parts what have you got to loose
