I keep receiving the following error when I boot my system up and also during regular usage. Windows - No Disk Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf8c + 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c. What do I need to do to stop this error message from appearing all the time?

a message saying windows-no dis exception processing message c0000013 parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c then it says cancel try agin contunue and i push one and it just keeps coming back constantly.

Hello drea_mike67,

There may be any number of storage device faults causing the no disk exception error message. For instance, a usb device may have been removed without choosing the 'safely remove hardware' option. If that's the case then reconnect the usb device and choose 'safely remove hardware' (bottom right hand corner of your PC screen), and then remove the USB device.

If the error message still comes up then try using the device manager in the windows control panel like this:

•Opening the Control Panel
The Windows Control Panel can be opened by:
Selecting *Start > Control Panel (on Windows Vista)
- OR -
Start > Run > Type 'Control' and select OK (on Windows XP)

In the Control Panel, do the following:
•Select System
•Select the Hardware tab
•Select Device Manager
•Look for disk drives or other drives that are not used or recognized...
•Right click the device(s) and select uninstall
