After downloading tracks to my mp3 via windows media player the computer said I could disconnect my mp3 which I did, after this it just came up with the usb sign & "finishing" all the time. After a while this stopped but now it will not play anything and when I try to play tracks it just says track error?

i have a samsung GT-S5600V ive installed the software for it 'USB cable' and 'Samsung new PC studio' and ive connected my phone to the computer through the USB cable and its not searching for the device it keeps saying 'the device cannot be opened because another program is currently using it.close the program to connect the device.move to search new device' and im gettin really annoyed PLEASE HELP!
I have a samsung C5220 and it wont connect to my computer it wont show in any program and all.
I'm having the same problem as above. Ive just bought the samsung jet and have installed PC Studio but computer will not recognise the phone, all I get is 'the device cannot be connected because another programme is currently using it'. Any help would be much appreciated!!
I had the problem with my samsung yp-k3 where it would say connected but would not show up on my computer so i was unable to add new songs or access it to do anything but i just went to control panel and add new hardware whilst it was connected and followed the steps and it located it and fixed the problem straight away it said that the drivers were missing and then asked to locate them and i clicked ok and then it all worked hope it helps

I have had the same problem with my son's YP-Z5. Got no where with Samsung. It used to connect but stop around about March 2007. I suggested to Samsung that it seemed likely to be a conflict with a Windows upgrade but they still were not interested. My husband then found a hot fix which actually rectified the problem.
