If you have admin access you can still access your data under the Windows system.

Go to Users folder and browse through the old users data. You can copy the data over to your existing account.


You can attempt to recover the user account via this web page, but read warnings about loosing all data first!

When my husbond get online, i cannot get online with facebook after him trying to.

You need to login with your own access codes for your own profile. Most computers are used by one main user. In the case where there are more than one, you need to remember your access codes for social network accounts like Facebook, as well as Twitter and others. Public Email accounts are also affected by this.
Either use a software solution to remember all of your passwords or use different computers.

The setup of WAP and MMS on your DUALSIM Mobile Phone is carried out in 4 stages.
• MMS Data Account Setup
• MMS Setup
• WAP Data Account Setup
• WAP Setup
Step 1 – MMS Data Account Setup
1. Go to the following menu “MENU > SERVICES > DATA ACCOUNT > GPRS > Select an empty Account”
2. Edit the following parameters in the account
a. Account Name = OptusMMSGPRS
b. APN = mms
c. User name = [blank]
d. Password = [blank]
e. Auth. Type = Normal
3. Exit back to MAIN SCREEN.
Step 2 – MMS Setup

I9 wap/gprs & mms settings for O2

First you have to make 2 data accounts,
1 for wap,
1 for mms.
Press service,
Data account,
GPRS, ok,
Pick any one of the settings because you are going to change it,
Press edit.
account name edit to O2 WAP GPRS,
APN to payandgo.o2.co.uk,
user name to payandgo,
password is password,
authentication type normal,
after each one if done is the option press it. this is the setting for wap internet.

You have to do the same again to make a new data account for the mms. the settings for this is
account name O2MMS,
APN payandgo.o2.co.uk,
user name payandgo all others same as before.

Now you have 2 new data accounts you need to set up wap.
press service, wap, settings, edit profile, sim 1 or 2 which ever you are using,
select the O2 WAP GPRS account that was made earlier,
press ok. press edit profile,
rename profile is ok it is O2 WAP GPRS,
edit home page to http//wap.o2.co.uk,
set data account to O2 WAP GPRS,
connection type wap, IP address 193,113,200,195
user name payandgo,
password is password,
press back and activate profile.
you should be able to get on to o2 homepage now.

To get mms
press text, mms, mms settings, server profile, sim which ever you are using 1 or 2 ,
select the O2 MMS made earlier, edit profile, rename profile is 0k should be O2 MMS, home page is http//mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002,
data account is the O2 MMS you made before,
connection type wap,
MMS IP address 193,113,200,195
user name payandgo,
password is password,
select back when all settings are entered and select activate profile. this should be it.
This works OK for me.

Scanning Issue

It sounds as if you have to many profiles?
try deleting one that is not needed.
How is this machine connected? Network or USB
If this is connected via Network, you can type the ip address of the machine in internet explorer, and go to the NIC/Web Page.
From there you will see profiles.

I would highly recommend you going to lexmark and downloading the Users Guide.
(this manual will tell you more than you will ever need to know about this machine, and there are trouble shooting section in this as well)
