If it was pre-loaded, it should still be on the phone. You need to access the master app library, normally by tapping the menubar on the bottom. Once you are there, locate the app and press/hold until it highlights. You can then drag it back to a user screen.
You can also go to the Play Store and select another SMS app for your phone, which will work as well as the pre-loaded app.

if you remember the actual google ID, just type that and then type the password as "null" in LOWER case, once you do this you will be able to unlock the phone.
2nd solution- you have to reset your phone completely, and you will loose all the information which you had stored in the phone memory, and the SD card wont be effected by this. if its a Android 1.6 version then hold 1.VOLUME UP key, 2.SEND key, TRACK BALL, and the END key at the same time, and hold it untill the phone vibrates, this will unlock your phone
if its a Android 2.1 version, then hold 3 keys
1, volume up key
2.send key
3.power key. hold it till the phone vibrates, relese after that
select data factory reset and then select yes delete all user data, then select reboote system now. and your phone will start rebooting. and your phone is unlocked
