Pleasse reinstall your NIC driver (Network Interface Card). Check your device manager for make and model of your NIC. Download the proper driver to some other computer and put it on a disk which will work in your unknown computer (floppy if available, CD if no floppy)

I am now unable to access a floppy disk that I had been able to access for years. I now get an error message that tells me the disk has no ID address mark. How do I fix this?

Try changing the stting switch on the disk. I think it is for formatting or something like that. Try moving it to the opposite direction and then put it in your computer again ;) Good Luck

Asking to format

If this is a new floppy then its advisable to format it.

But if it has been formated before and the message still comes on then ignore it.

Also if you're denied access (Copy or Read) to the floppy then please reinstall the drivers and the floppy drive again using the installation manual

Need it to work with Windows Vista OS.

Your Dynex floppy should be pnp both on Vista and on XP. This means that it shouldn't need any additional driver. You just need to plug it into any available usb port, wait maximum a couple of minutes, and it should work automatically. Once installed it will be managed by your computer as any internal floppy unit. In any case, if you need to download the drivers you can find them here:
