How do I register when I do all I am asked and it does not accept info...HELP

I believe it's similar to registering a kindle reader. If you want to buy movies from them the registration will make it easier to get movies. Since the info is sent by wireless it helps locating the correct device.

Books and other info is sent to kindle by your registered email address. Log onto kindle Look for account and lists below the search bar and to right side. Hold cursor there and look down list to Manage content and devices. Click that. On right side click settings. That will give you a list of all the registered info on your device also an option to change any of that info. If you send personal files to your kindle you will also have to change the approved senders list, near bottom of page or you kindle will not accept anything from unknown senders. Any further problems you can try these to contact customer service direct.

Go online to amazon.com Under the search bar is a help topic. click and then click device support. A list of anything you own and have registered will com up. In the search box (upper left corner of screen. enter register fire stick. info will come up about the equipment and how to set up. I must admit I'm not too sure of what it says myself. Best option may be clicking on Contact us, explain the problem and ask them to call back. They'll have someone that can talk you through so it's done right.

Not quite sure what you need. Have you registered the Kindle yet? You can register by following these instructions

1. From Home, swipe down from the top of the screen and then tap Settings.
2. Tap My Account.
   1. Tap Register. If you already have an Amazon account: Enter your Amazon account information, and then tap Continue.
If you have trouble, log on to Amazon.com using your computer not the kindle. Just below the search bar click help, then click device help. One the left column you will see Contact Us. Click that and fill in your info, ask for call back. They are usually quick with the call back and someone can talk you through getting the problem resolved.

zip codes are American post codes and are different to post code else where

Marvin, You could try registering it on a computer, or it may already be registered. Best to contact Amazon to help sort out the register error.

Amazon help is always free and easy to work with. Go online to amazon.com, click help under the search bar. click what you need help with and fill in the form with info about what kind of help you need. I use the phone help for touch problems, they call you back and it's not a long wait. They can talk you through the fix.

Passwords are case sensitive...ask the bill payer of the wifi network you want to connect to for the correct password,
