How do I extend the ring for an incoming call

according to page 28 of the user manual that is not an option

What product would that be Ann as not product is listed in the question. I would suspect the answering machine settings is the place to look to increase the number of rings before the answering function kicks in. Maybe you could provide the make and model number to help us figure out a more specific answer

Go to Settings and choose options of Ring before Answering Machine.

Extension call forwarding is controlled by a timer, and they put these things in the manual. If your CF after 2 rings is from a call to a specific extension, from that extension, dial *713 and a 2 digit number from 00-99 seconds on the intercom. Start with 18.

If your call forwarding is from intercept, then you have a system programming issue and need to look in the installer's manual or check with your system programmer.

There is no such option in motorola as i know to extend duration of incoming ring.

u press the man's head and go to fax settings with the arrow,press ok and go to rx settings,press ok,go to incoming ring,ok,it should be on,press ok,says ring count,press ok,and press the nr of rings u want!Good luck!

Is the caller being transfered to the ext or is it on incoming calls?
