Right click my computer => right click properties =>click device manager => look for the sound, video and sound controller then double click it to expand. Right click from the sound, video and sound controller below and click uninstall, but before that you have to copy what's written there like high audio defination for example. After removing the driver as you can see above the File - Action - View - Help, click action and click scan for hardware changes and it will update your sound driver. If the updating not installed your sound driver you have to look for cd installer commonly along with your motherboard box. In case you don't have. You have to look for the internet, it's depend on your brand or model. Or after updating and driver installed but still no sound probably your speaker damaged. Have a good day
