I know how to cancel from Mitel to Mitel but I am running into an issue whereby I had the analog extension forwarded to a Mitel phone utilizing the "I'm here" call forwarding function. Now I can't cancel that feature. Please help!
If you forwarded the analog to the digital you probably used a feature access code. So this code will either turn it off if entered into the forwarded phone. Or there is a call forward cancel fac that would turn it off. There may be a clear all features code that programmed that would cancel the forwarding as well. All of these options would need to be dialed from the forwarded (analog) phone.
I forwarded the extension from the mitel phone so I didn't use a feature access code. Just used the "I'm here" option from the Superkey call forwarding options. We had to reset the mitel phone to clear the forwarded phone. Thanks!!!

It is probably a system speed dial number. What mitel system do you have?
SOURCE: extension check
What you typically do is, press the blue Superkey and press the intercom button.
This will display what is on every key, as well as the extension number of the set.
SOURCE: Call forward is "not allowed"
This is a "Class of Service " option, in the system programing under class of service look for the option "call forward to external Destination" this needs to be set to allow.
