Bought two digiland tablet which have exact same serial numbers

I have the same problem and no, it isn't the model number. If you go to Settings, About Tablet, and then select Status it shows the "serial number" as 0123456789ABCDEF. This is the same on all 60 Digiland tablets I purchased. Additionally, the Moblie Device Manager application I purchased to monitor these devices shows this generic serial number when I enroll any of these devices. My problem is every time I enroll a second device it doesn't add it to my list of devices...it replaces the existing one because the application uses the serial number to identify the device. The program thinks I am just updating the "owner's" information each time I add a new one because it believes I am adding the same device...based on having the same serial number. So yes, the serial numbers are the same on multiple Digiland tablets...60 of them in my case. Does anyone know how to change the serial number stored in an Android OS?

Are you sure it is the serial numbers you are looking at and not the model numbers?
