I was frustrated when this dish rack stopped working to dry our dishes. It's quite an item but they have a high failure rate.
It turns out the achilles heel is the on-off button which, in many cases either needs to be replaced or re-situated seeing that it's just held in place with some hot glue.
If you're anxious about disassembly here's what it looks like on the inside.

The top is off and the inside is cleaned with some H2O2.
You can clearly see the heater towards the back.
In the front, covered by 4 screws and a panel is the on-off switch.
Here you can see the panel covering the on-off switch with the button that gets pressed with a plastic arm and the printed circuit board held in place somewhat flimsily with hot glue between the thin plastic supports.
It's a recipe for trouble, especially when people push the outer plastic button really hard.

Here's a look at the inlet in the back. I don't think there's much to do here cleaning wise. This is where the dish rack breathes (inhales).
Line up the tabs to re-assemble. (pointed out by pointed fingers).
A nice look at the uncovered heating coil and fan area.

On the bottom of the rack the screws are pretty easy to find.
Good luck getting yours to work again. Have patience. The button is finicky and may need replacement, or you may need to just lube the plastic outer piece that slides as you push it with your finger to turn the tray on and off. Cheers.
