That is probably a TE (tE) error. That indicates a fault, usually a short, with the thermistor (temperature sensor). First check for a blockage in the dryer venting and lint filter. Next make sure that the vent hose is correctly connected to the exhaust of the dryer and the outlet. Check that the wires between the thermistor and the control board are undamaged.
If those are fine, the thermistor needs to be replaced.
I hope this helps. Please add a comment with the dryer model if you need help finding the parts list/diagram.
First if the error code is "EE" then unplugging unit from power<waiting a few minutes and then plugging it back in might reset control board.
Second, are you sure it is "EE" and not "tE" or "fE"?
good luck
If the error is tE (instead of EE), then your Samsung washer has a problem with the temperature sensor. This is a thermistor on most of their models. If the machine is under warranty, contact Samsung for the repair. Otherwise, please add a comment with the full model number of the washer or dryer with the error. Assuming the part hasn't come loose (it's held by some clips), it needs to be replaced.
To check out the part, you need to unplug the appliance and get behind it. Then take off the back panel. The thermistor on the washer is mounted near the bottom of the back of the washer tub.
For Samsung dryers, the code could be Et. Then the EEPROM is faulty and again needs to be replaced.
The tE error or fault code indicates that you have a defective water temperature sensing thermistor. The thermistor cannot be repaired and will have to be replaced.
