When off the pure direct all system subside.no function.what is solution/

Sorry to hear that you have been the victim of a common plague associated with the inter spa.
if your unit is no longer in warranty then you will have to buy the new head. The head being the part held in place by the three hex socket screws.
Remove the screws, lift the head and unplug the harness, when the new one arrives just install in reverse order.
this happened to me and my replacement head is still going strong three years later.
look up intel parts on the internet and find the part you need and order direct.
my replacement head cost $34 then.

When you first turn it on, press the "pure direct" button to turn pure direct off.

My Yamaha Equalizer is Model GE-30. Review the manual for this unit and on page 3 you will see the connection procedure "Line Out" on the equalizer to "tape deck in" on the amplifier. In the case of the A-S500 user manuaI on page 5, I used the "line 3 " also identified as "tape deck" to connect the equalizer.
The front control(s) from page 2 on the A-S500 manual are then set :
Control(5) input selector set to Line 3 (Graphic Equalizer)
Control(8) REC OUT selector to CD (for CD), line1 (my blu-ray player, or tuner (my DVR/tv)
The only thing I lose is "PURE DIRECT" does not fuction if the equalizer is on, otherwise;
I simply set Control(5) input selector swith to the desired input source, the equalizer no longer
functions and "PURE DIRECT" can now be used.
The rest of the tonal controls for bass, treble, balance, and loudness work as they should.

Seems that your Pure-Fi Elite had the same problem as mine...sorry for that, but this model does not have a "mute" function. If you bought it before 2 years ago, you are covered by warranty. Remember this model is not avaiable anymore....you will have to choose another U$150 Logitech product. Logitech didn't even asked me to send them my "mute" Pure-Fi Elite...

When you are running your engine the coolant is circulated around the engine by a water pump.
When the temperature rises to a pre set figure (ie 80 degrees C) the thermostat in the system will open thereby directing the water through the radiator.
The coolant gets a good deal of 'cooling' in the radiator purely by the airflow caused by the car's forward motion.
However when stuck in trafic, crawling along or in hot weather etc etc this flow is not enough and a temperature switch in the radiator (usualy) 'makes' and allows the electric fan to start thereby providing more airflow through the radiator and thus cooling the 'coolant'.

Here are some things to check:
Is the loudness control turned off or set to a very low level? If the PURE DIRECT button is turned on with the LOUDNESS control level at 0, you won't hear anything.
Have you removed the jumpers from the PRE Out/MAIN IN jacks? If so, the unit will only perform as a power amplifier.
Is the CD DIRECT AMP turned on?
If so, the unit will only make sound if the PURE DIRECT button is on.
Check the CD DIRECT AMP and the PURE DIRECT buttons are both turned off. This should produce sounds. If ti doesn't, check that the A and B buttons are on for their speakers. Both can be on.

Hi, The Pure fi elite only support apple product up to the 3rd generation ( That does not include iphone 3GS ) Streaming functions are not supported on this hardware as the pure-fi can not detect the audio flux, it automatically switch off as there is no signal detected the Pure-fi go to sleep mode as if there were nothing connected to it. Ehrn the pure-fi as been designed the streaming apps from devices were not taken into consideration by Logitech, Unfortunatly there is no much we can do... Thanks and have a nice day ! J -
