I used my sewing machine a couple of time after I bought it. the sewing machine power cord was plugged in on an adaptor to the electrical outlet. now and trying to put it on using the same method and it won't come on.
Test the outlet is working ok, then test the power adaptor, ensure the light on the machine is on and try working your way up the cable incase the cable is broken, if there is no light on the adaptor but is g etting warm after a while then one can assume it is working but this is not a 100% test. if it stays cold it could be defective and needs replacing. if you have another adaptor of the same type try using that to see if the machine works. best is to take to a repair shop or send it back to Brother if it is still under garantee.
