Your problem can be solved by disabling your Neatgear router firewall. But don't try to delate any rules.

The most common problem for your case is that the settings at the Netgear router block the web site you are trying to visit. Go at the router's settings page, locate the firewall settings and temporary disable the firewall. Check the results. In case this solve your problem, either disable the firewall or modify the existing rule that block the url that you visit. Alternative you can check the block site list at the router settings page (sometimes called parental control) and remove the url from this list.

Firewall is used to protect the pc or the entire network. Consult your network administrator if the said website is really included in the list of domain or website being block by the router. It's the call of the administrator to unblock the site. Good Luck
netgear has blocked zwinky.com
and i have not been on it for days and days
today me and my sis wanted to have 30min of zwinky
but i couldn't get because of netgear:(
Well, the issue is the router. Who owns the router? If it is yours, you need to call netgear for router setting assistance. if it is a company router, speak to the administrator, and stay off facebook while at work or School!
yes there are alot of "special websites"
that allow you to go to blocked websites, these "special websites" are
called proxies, all you have to do to go to this site and then type the
site you want to go to and you there
go to http://www.browser9.com/
type the site, press enter then scrool down the page…
if that doesnt work go to google and search proxy sites ……happy surfing…..
Instead, type the http part with an extra s, so that it's https://
So now it would be https://www.facebook.com
Often times this will unblock. Just the only annoying thing with this is that you'll have to keep adding "s" to the end of it every time you visit a new page, but it's better than nothing.
