Turn on my laptop and it wont find the operating system

It seems you experience a boot up problem. You need to fix it using your laptop's original operating system media (DVD/CD).

What does the laptop do when you try to turn it on?
Lights?

It sounds like your operating system crashed. If you have the operating system disk you probably need to reload the operating system. You'll lose anything that you have on the hard drive unless you have backed it up...

HELLO FRIEND, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TO RESTORE YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM TO THE FACTORY SETTINGS, IF YOU HAVE THE CD'S WITH YOU. OR FORMATE IT WITH THE OPERATING SYSTEM CD THAT U WANT.

these problem arises when your operating system is faulty so the solution is for you to reload your operating system and remember to install a very good anti-virus (Operating system had Crashed)

I think the problem with your laptop is that the operating system on your laptop is corupt, that is why the windows is not responding.
I will advice you reinstall the operating system on your laptop, if the operating system can be reinstall, the windows should work fine and respond.

try to reinstall your operating system,,.. because their are some file corrupted in your operating system file

Depending on the version of your operating system, you can right click on the icon in the bottom right that represents your wireless connection. Then select "enable". This should turn your wireless on. If this doesn't work, you can do the same thing through the control panel if you click on network places and go to the wireless section.

Hello my friend, you are experiencing a system hang up. In order to restart your system you'll have to long press the power button on your computer or laptop then do not release it until the computer/laptop will not turn off. If the computer/laptop will turn off check first the system unit tighten the connectors and then restart your computer again. If it won't work then remove the power cable connected on your computer system unit to your avr or Automatic Voltage Regulator.

presario c700 is coming with vista not with xp. so how u got xp recovery disc?? check the bios for enabling (for vista) or disabling (for xp) option for sata drive
