Picture is normal but all of a sudden no sound. Turned off at night and it was fine. Turned on in the morning, picture fine but no sound. Tried resetting everything, didn't work.

It could be your mainboard. How long did you have the TV?

My 47" LCD Smart T.V. was working fine last night. I got up this morning and I have sound but no picture. The VIZIO icon lights up as usual but I get no picture, only sound. From the time I turned it on, nothing appeared on the screen. I have already tried unplugging it for a while and still nothing.

try replacing hdmi cable. if that doesn't work you have something in the amplifier curcuit bad

This set has 3 Tubes R/G/B it does not have a Lamp
you have a problem in your deflection board Bad capacitors

Wharfedale LCD3210HDAF this tv was working fine the night before .. when i turned it on in the morning the screen came on then instantly went blank .. although the sound is fine i am unable to get any on screen including menu an volume information and of course can any one help ??

TRY UNPLUGGING IT FOR FIFTEEN MINUTES THEN REPLUG IT IN,KNOW IT SOUNDS STUPID BUT WORKS SOMETIMES

Have you checked other inputs with a known good program source? Mute button on remote?

check with a flashlight against the screen for picture, if present backlight inverter has failed.

Try turning the system off completely with the main power switch on the back of the console. If that doesnt work call Sony technical support for further help.

IT is the Y Sustainer board blowing fuses. IT has 2 fuses. I have worked on severl of this model and the Y Sustainer board goes bad and blows the fuses.
