Re: Does anybody have the specs for the Dell 03C6YH...
Michael Bowry,
I will need to know which computer system you have in order to view the specs of the motherboard. My database does not provide that information. I can only see the specs of the motherboard only with the system model.
Thank You,

You did not mention the name/mod of the board? Nevertheless: Go on line to the manufacture of the board. See Support for Motherboards: Type in the Data they ask regarding the board: The download the Manual.
Looking across the chart for the 975X note the processor support. Intel Pentium D Intel Pentium Dual Core Intel Core2 Duo Intel Quad Core
Listed in order of performance.
Also note that 45nm and 65nm architecture, Intel processors are supported. (nm = NanoMeter. 1 Billionth of a Meter)
Also look at the Front Side Bus support. (FSB) Either 533MegaHertz, or 667MHz, or 800MHz or 1066MHz.
Now look at the ram memory frequency rate ('Speed') supported. 533MHz, or 667MHz, or 800MHz. Depends on what Processor is used. Rule of thumb is; ram memory typically operates at half of the FSB of the Processor.
Remember that when selecting ram memory for your motherboard.
Go to dell.com, go to product support, and enter the service tag #, and you'll be able to get all the original specs on your system.

Please try to check your VGA card placement to its slot, then check its cable connections, if still the same problem, try to connect your monitor to another PC & if it operates, then your VGA card is defective. regards
