How do i go about geting money back off currys for a laptop

Usually laptops are covered for at least 90 days unless they are a refurbished or used unit. Look in your owners manuals and papers for a statement of warranty coverage included with the laptop.
You may have to contact HP and find an authorized repair facility to ship the laptop to. Stores may be unwilling to take back units but the manufacturer normally has methods available to cover units under warranty.

Even if it was a week into the warranty, that is damage and would not be covered under a warranty scheme.
Browse ebay for hinges and they are really easy to fit. When you get a pair, get back to us.

3.In this scenario you go to consumer court with strong proof.(that means how many days of your laptop stay in service center only like that)

Ten months only tv,ur tv still under warrenty,call Samsung wright away.Take ur manufacture warrenty repair.The tv main Tuner signal board is developing a problems.

some times if you stand out side the shop shouting your head off saying they took you for a ride selling you a washer thats not working wright they give in and pay you your money back,,,buy you could also be arested for it as well??? go on,,,,go for it!!!!

the problem is a faulty oil pump. I had the same thing happen to mine, i took it back to be fixed on warrenty.

yes there is a internal battery for the unit you need to unscrew the backing of it if it has screws other wise you will need to pop off the back if its not under warrenty than you can do it because it will not matter but if it is take it to a specialist so you dont ward the warrenty

as in under thats lower than 12 months then you have all right to ask for your right.dont mess up.

"but Currys dont understand." - Sounds like a case of willful ignorance, but if the laptop is out of warranty they aren't going to cover it regardless of what some clerk promised you.
If I had a laptop that nice I'd opt for the extended HP warranty.
It's really your cheapest option at this point.
