Sometimes it can be a firmware or due to a hardware failure even. Try to leave it as it is until you get an error code or may it will function after all...

Have you checked the manual under Troubleshooting?
The only thought I have is this one;
Is the equipment in the energy saving mode (Automatic energy
saving mode)?
Press the [ENERGY SAVER] or [START] button on the control
panel to clear the mode. (It takes a while for the equipment
to become ready.)
P.43 "3.Energy Saving Mode

Samsugn Ml3310nd Laser Printer says warming up pls wait, and not initiallized just displayed warming up pls wait, ready, warming up pls wait.......... again and again

Dear
The problem mostly with fusser assy. as it is not getting proper temp. This may be due to the opened thermostat mounted on fusser and can be reset with dropping the detached thermostat on the floor.
Check the thermistor,
The SMPS which supply the heater supply may gets faulty(rare case), The main PBA may faulty (very rare).

thanks.
