I have the same oven with the same problem.
To resolve the problem you will need to replace thermal switch, which can be found at the rear of the cooker behind the protective cover. Approx at the bottom left corner. It looks like the shape of an eye with to wires. Hope this helps. Kevin Reseigh

Ive had a cata efm6022 for 13 months, and its one thats used 3 times a week. On christmas day the blinking thing stopped working. Theres electric getrting to it cause the fan is working and the light. But its just blowing cold air. Any ideas would be appreciated.
