Hi.
The only permanent solution is replace the complete fan motor.
The problem is the motor bearings have dried out.

The main oven fan in Hotpoint BD32B is sticking (tries to rotate but goes slow and stops). I need to either re-lubricate the existing fan or replace it. How do I remove the fan?

Remove the cover at the rear of the oven compartment, then holding the fan blade with one hand, undo the nut holding the fan on, it is a left hand thread, so turn the nut clockwise as though you were tightening it.
To remove the motor itself you will have to undo 3 screws securing the fan motor from inside the oven compartment, then remove the outer rear cover of oven to remove the motor.

Omega europa oven control settings

Fan symbol - defrost (fan only - does not use thermostat)
Fan symbol within a circle - fan forced oven
3 little triangles - static grill (keep oven door open)
3 triangles above the fan symbol - fan grill (keep door closed)

The Inside of my oven wont get hot the light comes on but it doesnt get warm

If this is a fan over then check to see if the fan is spinning. If it is not spinning then the fan bearing has got tight. This is easily fixed by using a thin piece of wood, like a chop stick to give it a flick and get it moving.

Works a treat every time it happens to me.

If it's not a fan oven then you probably need to get the elements checked out.

Oven not getting hot but oven fan ligth working

If it is a fan assisted electric ovenn, and the fan is working o/k, then you need to replace the oven element, usually located at rear of oven compartment.

Fan in oven sticking and only intermittently working

The fan plate is held on by four self tapping screws, which are fairly easy to remove. It will all be rather greasy and the grease runs down the inside of the fan plate and congeals and could possible restrict the fan. Take the fan plate off and just soak it in hot washing up water. if this does not work get the paste on oven cleaner from Lakeland and give that a go. It works! (You can use this all over the inside of the oven to clean it)

Oven fan keeps running even after off and door open

3 to 4 hours is a long time. Get to the fans (behind the control panel) and check the screens for dust. Chances are the screens are clogged with dust and need to be cleaned so the fans can move air for cooling better. I had this problem on my GE JTP14, and after cleaning just one fan it can keep up with cooling the electronic area while the oven is running. It runs much less often.

Safety first! cut the breaker before removing anything with a nice conductive screwdriver! Hope this helps!
