The drive motor which spins the drum is connected to the drum by a rubber belt. Sounds like the belt is burned through. Make sure you can spin the inside tub by hand to verify that the tub can turn freely before you replace the belt. The hum is from the drive motor just spinning freely.

You may have a low inlet water pressure caused by the water inlet valve which can stick and cause low pressure-also check pressure sensor hose for blockage

Sounds like a drainage problem going out of house to me. Probably not washer problem.

Usually this is caused by the pump being cloged or broken. Remove the pump and clean the pump out. Make sure it spins freely by hand.

Check the water level control, it could be stuck or faulty.

Need to know a little more info. Need to know if this noise starts when you first turn it on (during the fill up cycle), once the actual washer starts (wash cycle) or when it goes into spin cycle.
