I am putting my e210882 motherboard in to a computer case an need to know wiring specs for the front panel

the manual is here
the pinout is told
and there are 10,000 DIY case made and they are wired unique for front panel audio jacks
we must wire them custom to do that.
end to end. (find a tech as them to do that job)
have manuals for both in hand, bios star and the new diy case manual.
or the job is 10x harder.
done many but , gee 10,000 cases no the same.
there is no ATX front panel spec. sorry, same with usb front.
same with power button.
the mobo is DIY, means , knowing how to do DIY only works.

My motherboard out of a dell optiplex gx260 the board it self is part number ASSY-3M537, I want to put it in a atx case I am worried it won't work. on the board I don't see how to hook up the power switch...

This should be the front panel header configuration of that particular motherboard.

6-8 (red) is your power sw
2-4 (green) is your power LED
1-3 (yellow) is your HDD LED
5-7 (purple) is your reset sw
black is not connected

The motherboard should go into a custom case no problem.

E210882 socket type 775, PCIe, DDR2 - Will not turn on

Hi,
On the Dell board, the
CORRECT pinout for J8H1 is as follows:

1-3: HD LED (#1 is +)
2-4: PWR LED (#2 is +)
5-7: PWR ON/OFF
6-8: RESET
5,16: +5V
10,11,14,15: not connected
12,13: GND
