I received an email saying that my account is canceled

Click on your portrait in the right-hand corner and click on the options that reads: "Your Account."

You'll see "Cancel membership" under Membership & Billing in your account preferences. Click on it.

Now, Netflix will run down what will happen when you cancel your membership, which includes:

• When your subscription will be cancelled
• That you'll receive a confirmation of the cancellation
• You can restart your membership, but you'll lose any grandfathered pricing tier

Click "Complete Cancellation" to cancel your Netflix membership.
Once cancelled, you'll receive an email confirmation to confirm it's been cancelled and confirm the date once again

Hey Anne,I do not know... what subscription are you talking about? If you are wanting the emails to stop, go to "my account", scroll down until you find "emails" check the circle that says " Do not receive any more emails from Fixya".. Read the fine print...

You would have to contact hotmail about your account. Sounds like someone hacked your email and they cancelled it.

Good day. In regards to your concern, i advice you not to believe in that email. First of all yahoo will not email their customer about cancelling or closing their account. Second yahoo will never let a customer go instead they want customer to be retain. Possibly you just receive an email that tends to misinform you. To cancel your Facebook account follow this steps.

1 Go to www.facebook.com
2 Enter your Email and Password, and sign into your current account.
3 Once you are the main page, look up to the top right of the screen and click "Account", and then in the drop-down menu click "Account Settings".
