Go to Google, and type in, 'how to disable child lock for TV model #' (type in the model of your TV); or you may be able to utilize the buttons directly on the TV that would allow you to access the menu that would display the option to disable the child lock function.

TCL 50in bought in 2013 picture was turned upside down so go into your menu hit contrast type in 9735 hit mirror control and it flips it back!!!
