I just need schematic for Servo 200

I've put in details several times. so here they are again. I moved and amp was working fine prior to move. After move amp powers on but not any output. Acts as if in protection mode. I need to find a schematic for the Servo 200, to fix it. I can bypass the protection circuit, but would prefer to fix it as opposed to bypassing protection circuit. All I need is a link for the schematic for the Servo 200.

SOURCE: volume and multi channel output issue

Hi there. Are you familiar with board level repair for such products ? Your problem is most likely hardware. Either some of the final output transistors are fried, or it's a dsp problem, a regulator, a diode, a transistor in the circuit.. it could be a lot of things. But if everything was working fine and it quit someday without a change in the system's setup, it really looks like an hardware issue ! Do you have a way in the manual, that sets factory defaults, a kind of reset ? A lot of such units do have that. Try to unplug/interchange speakers as well, a shorted speaker could make the amp go nuts as well, but i wouldn't bet on it. Still, i'd check that out. Hope that helps ! cheebster.

SOURCE: amp staying in protection mode

No, this amp is not a heavy power consumer- matter of fact it takes very little power to run.Maybe you should check the fuses on the amp to see if they are what is recommended. Also check your fuse kit to your amp- your fuse might not be big enough. If neither works take it back where u got it.

I had phrased the previous question with typo errors

When any electrical item doesn't work after being moved, suspect some kind of physical cause. Such as a bad soldering joint or other damage inside caused by an unknown bang or jolt during the move. Perhaps even an alien object inside like a metal pin etc.

Ink cartridge jam

Try cleaning the carriage bar. This is a shiny rod that the ink carriage slides back and forth on. Wipe it off with a clean rag and put a drop or two of light oil on the rod. The carriage should move easily back and forth.

2007 gmc canyon sputters like it is going to cut off when applying brakes sometimes hard to start. just changed plugs and air filter . could it be brake booster or something else

if I say possible servo booster is faulty, surely you will feel it on the brake pedal ( stiff ),or the engine running would be erratic.the other alternative situation is the pipe( hose ) which is connected with inlet manifold and servo booster and inside has the check valve probably is faulty. Test : off engine, pump brake pedal several times till gets stiff. Keeping your foot on brake pedal start the engine and if your servo works fine then the pedal goes a bit down,if not will not move at all. If the engine is running erraticly then with engine off, remove the pipe connecting manifold and servo block the pipe you remove from servo side, block it and start the engine,If engine run fine, then you must confirm whether is the servo or the check valve hose. For the check valve hose how to check, just put in your mouth the servo side pipe and blow into,if the air goes in the engine means that the check valve is broken and you must renew the pipe with check valve,if on blowing into will not allow air to get through, means is ok and the servo is the fault. Good luck.

My samson servo 300's sound keeps cutting out, want to spray some electronic cleaner but not sure where ?

Yes; It maybe the protection coming on and off. This means there is a short in a speaker wire , or a blown speaker. The amp has 2 options for speaker hook up.1/4" plug and direct wire. If you are using direct wire it is possible to have frayed ends hanging around and can cause a short. You can test the speakers by unplugging them at the speaker, before you turn on the amp. Then turn it on, if the clicking still persist's turn off the amp and disconnect the speaker wires from the amp . Turn the amp back on. If the clicking still persists there is an internal problem with the amp. If not then you defiantly have either a wiring or speaker problem . You can test the speakers by using a 9v battery . Hook up the speaker wire to the speaker and put the battery on the other end of the wire, you should hear the speaker pop and see it move.If it moves it is still good. Note* this is also a good method of making sure your speakers are in phase. The battery is marked + & - the speaker will move forward when + is applied to the + of the speaker. make note of which wire is the +. if you get one speaker backwards it will cancel the sound of the bass. so hook the + to the red on the amp. Hope this helps you

4x4 low range will not disengage.

You need to put the vehicle in Neutral, foot on brake, and then turn the Selector to the other 2 positions that you want.

If you have done this and the vehicle does not change gears, try shifting into Reverse and moving the vehicle slightly, then try the Neutral procedures again.

If this still fails to work, the problem is a mechanical component. There is an Electric Servo which uses a single feed wire from the dash Selector. The feed wire carries 3 different Voltages which moves the Servo 3 different positions. The Selector on the dash has the resistors and if bad will not send the correct Voltage to the Servo. The Voltage can be measured at the feed wire.

The other possibility is the Servo is stuck. This is why my second recommendation was to shift to Reverse, which was an attempt to unload pressure on the Servo stem, to free it.

I hope my solution is helpful in solving your problem.

Back hatch will not unlock

You need to remove the inside panel. To the right (passenger side) of the latch mechanism you will find the electric servo motor that works the lock mechanism. If it is getting power when you activate the lock system but the servo fails to energize , replace the servo. If it seems to be attempting to work but the lock itself won't move, use lots of wd40 or other good solvent on the assembly and work it manually several times. Nearly every one of those I've taken apart are severely rusted, most times with nothing else being wrong with them. If it's not getting power, then you will need to do some wire tracing to find the problem. first place to check is the harness where it enters the door.
