This sounds like the low tire pressure warning light. The tires have small sensors on the back side of each valve stem that monitor your tire pressure. I live in the northeast and when the temperature really drops I get the same light. Usually once you get rolling the friction of the tire on the road heats up the air in the tire causing it to expand to it's proper pressure. You may want to check your pressures to ensure that they are inflated properly.

I highly doubt you'll be able to find one. I don't think even dealers hang on to those that long. If nothing is broken and out of place, I recommend going to a parts store and finding similiar material to mickeymouse back together. If the routing is messed up, then your best bet is to find one still in tact to compare with.

First off you need an owner's manual. You can get a free one here. http://pdfservicemanual.com/automotive/2001-ford-taurus-owners-manual The light that looks like a gear with an exclamation point inside indicates there is a problem with the transmission. May just be low of transmission fluid. To check the level dive the car until the transmission is warm, park on a level surface, place gear shift in park with engine running, and check transmission fluid level. Add only if necessary and do not overfill. If it is not low of fluid then seek professional help. The exclamation point in a circle under the fuel gauge next to the Brake light indicates you are low of brake fluid. Check the level of the brake fluid. If it is low you more than likely need to check your brake pads as they are worn out.
