If the toner rubs off the page after it comes out of the printer the fuser is bad. Fuser wires get very hot, so if the page isn't slightly warm, thats a good indicator of a worn fuser wire
You can't reset the drums counter on the machine. The drum has what they call a CRUM on it. It's the micro chip on the drum frame. You can buy new CRUM's or use one that still has some life on it. Press the two plastic retainers to remove the CRUM.
7435 is located on the upper left side of the machine, Should have a yellow guide on it, 2 orange thumb screws are all that hold it in.Open the left side door, and look for labels that say CAUTION HOT..
