Firstly...does the tablet see the wifi you are trying to connect to?
if it does then the wifi is working but you need to renew the lease to reinput the correct password.tablets are notorious in remembering all previous passwords to earlier wifi connections so if you changed it the only way to connect is to clear the remembered password.this is done by clicking on the right arrow chevron of the wifi listed to forget network...then rescan all networks...then you should be able to re enter the password for the router you are trying to connect to.

Are you trying to connect to a wireless access point that's running WPA encryption and the tablet won't talk to a WPA access point?

Are you sure you have the password correct?

Trying to print from my iPad, it was working now it won’t print

There must be a bad connection between the iPad an the wireless connection. Try setting up the printer again on the WiFi. Check where the printer plugs in to the wall. If it still won't print call your internet provider or support about it.

I can not connect to the internet with my zeepad. I bought both of my daughters the same model tablet and they can get on the internet with their tablets.

Most tablets connect to the internet through WIFI. Only a few can use SIM card to connect through 3G or 4G data connection. For WIFI connection, you must have a WIFI router at home. You will normally password-protect the WIFI rounter. To connect the tablet to the internet through the WIFI-router that is in operation, you will configure its WIFI settings to match the router's password. This will be done by going to tablet's Setting, turn on WIFI, click on your router in the list of detected routers, enter the password when prompted. Ensure that Connected is shown against your router. You can then browse the internet.
