Without knowing the make and model, I can't give you a direct link. Try doing a web search for the make and model, and include the search term "manual." If that doesn't work, replace "manual" with "User guide." You can also try the support page on the manufacturer's web site. Some manufacturers are very good about making manuals available online, even their legacy products (although the manual may be a scanned image only).

I would not use a slow cooker liner in an "instant pot." An" instant pot" is a type of pressure cooker which is electric. A "crock pot" (slow cooker) is not a pressure cooker. Note: The term "crock pot" is a trademark of Rival slow cookers. The Instant Pot name is trademarked by Instant Brands Inc.

You may be able to find a replacement liner for your model of electric pressure cooker.

If yours is an Instant Pot (trademark name), you may be able to find the liner for your model here:

If your electric pressure cooker is a brand name other than Instant Pot, you will need to search for a liner for the specific make and model of your electric pressure cooker.

Can you use crock pot liners in a pressure cooker

this is all i could find out.
Can you use a slow cooker liner that Reynolds offer for the 6Quart pressure cookers? I'm not sure since the lid is a twist on/off. I successfully put a Reynolds Slow Cooker Liner in the instant pot and use the slow cook function. The liner seems to work equally well as it does in my slow cooker.

There are a number of GE Slow Cookers listed on their website, with manuals available for each. But they are all identified with 6 digit numbers. Locate that number, and go to gehouswares.com to download the manual.

But yes, the slow cookers are pretty much the same as a crock pot.
