Everytim e Why when i try to use my camera it says it cant connect

No you cant install a camera, you may try a cam
bring it back to the shop with the receipt they should exchange it for you

sounds like the camera it's self has quit IE hardware problem, this is not uncommon, still under warranty.

download a manual here through this link and look for your serial number as reference.
