Old freezer which has Green & Orange light can you please tell me wihich is for fast freeze

the electronic controller is faulty,make sure you have been supllied a freezer stat and not a refrigerator stat..

If the compressor is running and it still doesn't cool, it is probably leaking freon. If this is a frostless model there are other minor things that can go wrong. This usually shows up on a freezer that has recently been moved or hasn't been used for a time. This is almost never worth fixing as even if you fix it you can't ever completely trust it again. The food inside is usually worth far more than the freezer and most homeowners insurance doesn't cover it anyway.

the temperature control is bad. when you push the fast freeze it bypasses the thermostat for 12-24 hours depending on which model you have. I am not able to find any parts information with the model number provided but you should be able to find a temperature control at any local appliance parts house or online thru any reputable supplier.
