Try switch off and on see if it persist then then try hard reset U tried hard reset it by holding the power button and volume when tablet off then going down to factory reset by using down button and press power button ok go down to yes and that will hard reset but make sure u back Ur tablet up before u perform an hard reset
a repair might cost more than the tablet did
if it no longer responds to your finger maybe broke digitizer

The reset procedure is there for the end user to correct minor faults at a low level, it corrects such faults where there is no hardware fault or where the software has no fundamental installation issues. If the hard reset has not corrected the issue one or both of these issues must be present.
