I am trying to remove the movement from my watch so i can replace a digit that had come loose from the face.
So far I have removed the case back, removed the white plastic movement surround/ casing. The movement is now loose but is prevented from being taken from the case by the crown shaft/stem.
Can anyone tell me how to remove this?
Also the mineral see-through glass case back is cracked and I am trying to locate another, new or secondhand???
Thanks. Model is WAC1113 XM2356.
I have the exact same watch... cough cough knock off version.. cough cough...
if looking at the movement from the back (case open off course)having the crown on your right side there should be two cilindrical stumps on the edge above teh axis of the stem, the upper stump is welded to the movements elctronics, the smaller stump (southwest of the other stump) is actually the stem release pin , just press on it and pull the stem, the stem sould come loose very easily
i dropped mine and all the face numbers came off, its a mess, thanks to this thread i found the release pin to finally fix it THX
If your still wanting to know
