REMOVE THE ON BOARD BATTERY IN DVR FOR 10 SEC AND PUT AGAIN THAT GONNA RESET IT

In the C:\Windows and look for DVR2.ini file. Open the file and scroll to the "Users" section and look for admin and replace all of the information next to the "=" with:

This will replace the current password with a blank password.

Get the 12 digit alpha numeric mac address off of main board and call your tech support. They should have, as I do, a keygen for the master password for that main board. Any reputable dealer will have the MacCov program from Rifatron.
