The question mark slash key will only print a French accented e character and the comma and quotation mark key will only print a French accent mark

I would appear that you have somehow setup something on those keys - e with an accent above is most likely French

Change the keyboard setup under the control panel.

ust press the CTRL+SHIFT keys and you will switch from French to English

To the right of the "space-bar" on the keyboard, hold down the ALT GR ("alternate graphic") key, press the "slash" key, and release the ALT GR key.

Or, in "Regional Settings" within "Control Panel", change your "input method" to "US-English" keyboard, rather than some French or French-Canadian input method.

click in start control panel open keyboard choose the settings you want it too there's also a trouble shooter good luck

hmmm it seems by mistake you have changed your key-board layout to french language.

• Hold down Alt and press Shift. (Alt+Shift). Check the result by pressing thoes keys. If its back to original means you have installed both English/French both and can toggle pressing Alt+Shift.
• Otherwise goto Start -> Control Panel -> Regional And Language Option.
• Click on Language Tab, then Details button.
• Now in settings tab you can see the languages installed on your system. You can remove un-wanted or/and select a default languages which you want.

It is also possible that you can do some customizing in the software that was delivered with your keyboard

Or maybe you can try to hit the control en shift button at the same time and then try again.
