hi in a dark room shine a flashlight on the screen, to see if you can still see an image if you can the led in the panel my have shorted, thanks

check any wire. maybe one of you wiring are burnt

even if you changed the back light inverter the fault remain as same, it seems to be the back light LED is damaged carefully remove the outer frame of the panel then dis connect the LCD then remove the frame of the defuser screen , take out plug your TV, check the LEDs

Since its a LCD take a flashlight and have the room as dark as possible and with the light look to see if a very very faint image of the picture can be seen or not---many of these sets use a "back light" for the brightness and if that's not on.......
