Washing machine problem

Check that the magnet that is fitted to the lid of the washer is present or whether it has moved.

Support spring(s) have come off, load is badly out of balance, inner bowl is loose.

Most likely tub bearings and spider gear are bad.

If your washing machine shakes violently or if there's a loud thumping noise during the spin cycle, the load of clothes has probably gotten unbalanced. Open the lid, redistribute the clothes in the washer, then re-start it. Repeat these steps if necessary.

The inner bearing will be faulty kindly replace the inner bearings as well as water seal before that kindly check whether the drum is freely moving with out any shaking If you find any shaking means you are suppose to change the drum only

have you tightened the jamb nuts on the legs after leveling the machine so they can't move from where you set them initially when you leveled the unit?

There are 2 shock absorbers/springs attached to the drum. If one of them breaks it will cause a loud banging noise when you wash heavy loads. This is an easy fix. The part is about $22.00 and it is accessed throught the front bottom panel.

you could have a broken shock but most of the time the spider gear is gone,the money it costs to fix it you could by a new washer,that will be up to you to decide

very loud in spin cycle can mean a bad rear bearing, not something a homeowner would want to try to replace, parts would exceed 6-7 hundered dollars. you may have some extended part warr through the manufacture. still probly gonna be a 5 hundred when the labor is added in
