I have followed cleaning procedure but still won't fire
Check the date code on the bottom of your fuel - it doesn't matter if it feels full or that you just bought it, many stores don't rotate their stock. The #1 issue with these is bad fuel.
Much appreciated. I'd tried 4 different fuel cells all with around 2or 3 months to the best before date .following your post I opened a new pack and it's working fine.thanks again
Having same problem. Gas 9 months left, took my guns to pieces & i'm not getting a spark from the lead, cheapish parts to replace

I took it all apart ,gave it a good clean, checked the visible wiring and put it back together then fitted a new gas canister and fully charged battery. Tried it and it fired one nail then it went back to going through the motions but nothing when press the trigger. The gun is 2&1/2 years old.
OK try depressing the nose 2 or 3 times then pulling the trigger.
If the fan is cycling normally it would be unusual for the ESU to be bad, and it is uncommon for a spark plug to go bad as well - I would still be leaning toward a fuel problem.
