My tablet wont it wont turn on even after we wiped it and reset

you will after hard reset the tablet you will loose everything on the tablet

hold down the power button and the volume down button at the same time till some writing comes up

then go down with the volume down button and highlight wipe data

press power button to ok it

then go down to yes highlight yes press power button to ok it

then it will reset then go back to the writing go to reboot press power button to restart the tablet

Hard reset, Press the volume up and power button for about 10-15 seconds to reboot. Wipe data/Factory reset.

Be sure nothing is pressing against the volume button when you turn it on, and that the volume button isn't being jammed down by anything.

if you can shutdown it.
boot in recovery mode and use this command ( wipe data / factory reset ) and ( wipe cache partition )

turn it off then hold volume up and power until get recovery mode then using volume key to select wipe factory then click power then after finish select wipe cache then reboot

Try using a paperclip to reset it on the back, hold it in for 5 seconds, if that doesnt work:
Turn the tablet all the way off, press and hold the VOL - and power at the same time for 8 to 9 seconds, it will show a green android guy with a system recovery menu. Use vol - to go down to Wipe Data/Factory Reset, press the power button to select it, go down to 'yes' to confirm, press the power button to select it, it will wipe the tablet, you then press the power button on 'reboot system'.

I had the same problem even tried the eset button on the side but nothing worked. Opened ticket with customer support and they advised to do system wipe and factory reset....to do this press teh vol + and vol - and power button all at the same time for 8-10 secornd, until blue screen appears, select "wipe data/factory reset" by using the vol buttons and select using the poser THEN select "YES - Delete all user data"

Obviously you will lose any data but when you can't use the tablet you don't really have an option.

After the system tells you the process is complete you can select the reboot option.

At this point my tablet appeared as is from store.
