SOURCE: honda civic wont start because of the alarm

did you try the main relay which is next to the fuel pump relay ..(the brown relay next to the blue(fuel pump relay) behind the glove box they are known to go as well and also i think the fuel pump relay feeds power of the main relay.

My 1991 honda accord turnover but will not start sometimes, then a lot of the times it will start and shut right off, other times it will start and run fine . what can be causing this problem?

IT SOUNDS LIKE FUEL INJECTORS. OR FUEL PUMP. START WITH REPLACING A 8 DOLLAR PART. THE FUEL FILTER. IF IT DOES IT AGIAN AFTER THAT. CHECK YOUR FUEL INJECTOR RAIL. IT HAS A FUEL PRESURE VALVE ON IT. PUSH IT IN. IF GAS DOES NOT COME OUT. THEN ITS YOUR FUEL PUMP. IF IT DOES COME OUT. THEN ITS YOUR FUEL INJECTORS. JAKE.B

Mantis tiller starts but will not stay running

Carburetor problem. Two stroke engines use oil mixed with gas. Old fuel or setting over the winter will cause varnish and sludge in the Carburetor. Start by buying a can of carburetor cleaner and mixing a new can of fuel.
1) Dump the old fuel and check replace it with new.
2) Remove the air cleaner.
3) Pump the prime bulb 3 or 4 times, set the choke, spray the insides of the carb with the cleaner and then try and start it . It should sputter and run for a few second but chances are it will take a few sprays to clean the jets
